Real Support
Therapy for Anxiety
You’re tired. Or maybe you’re wired, anxious, and constantly wondering if you’re doing any of this “right.” Whether you are navigating the identity shift of new parenthood or untangling a lifetime of anxiety during life transitions, you need a space where you can catch your breath.
I’m here to help you slow down the noise, understand your core values, and build a life that actually feels like yours. No judgment- just real, empathetic and collaborative growth. (And yes, plenty of room for humor, because sometimes you just have to laugh.)

As a board certified music therapist, I can incorporate elements of psychodynamic music therapy to help deepen awareness, access emotions, and explore inner experiences that may be difficult to express with words alone. Through improvised music or guided listening, clients can connect with their unconscious patterns in a safe and supportive space. This approach encourages insight, emotional release, and a fuller understanding of the self, fostering meaningful personal growth and healing.
