On the Couch:

Therapy with me is an active, creative, and deeply collaborative partnership.

Warmth Mixed with Real Talk

I am deeply empathetic and kind, but I’m also direct. If I see a pattern that’s keeping you stuck, I will gently challenge you. I’m not here to just help you “cope”— I want to help you grow.

A Lens of Self Discovery

True healing happens when you stop trying to meet everyone else’s expectations and start understanding your own values. We will dig into what truly matters to you.

Creativity and Rhythm

My path to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor began as a music-therapist. Because of that, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I weave creativity and somatic awareness into our traditional talk therapy sessions, helping you process things when words alone feel like too much.

Humor as Medicine

Life is heavy, and therapy can be too. But joy and laughter are vital parts of healing. Expect a session where we can cry and laugh together in the exact same hour.

Education & Credentials

Diana has been a practicing therapist for over ten years and holds the following certifications:

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, CCATP

Board-Certified Music Therapist, MT-BC

I’ve always been drawn to those struggling quietly. My own healing journey—knowing what it means to not feel fully seen—showed me the power of therapy grounded in safety and genuine connection. I began as a music therapist, learning how deeply emotional expression is tied to resilience. Over time, I felt called to focus fully on mental health counseling. Today, my work centers on adults (18+) and parents navigating anxiety, burnout, and major identity shifts. Informed by professional training and lived experience, I offer a compassionate space tailored entirely to your unique pace and goals. Let's get you feeling like yourself again.

Working with me is collaborative, reflective, and paced with care. I integrate evidence-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapies—to help adults and parents master anxiety and navigate life transitions. Rather than trying to 'fix' your emotions, my clinical expertise focuses on building distress tolerance, insight, and deep self-compassion. Together, we unpack the root of your anxiety and identity shifts, giving you concrete, values-aligned skills to feel confident long after therapy ends. You don't have to carry the mental load alone.

I believe effective therapy requires ongoing learning. I regularly participate in peer consultation to ensure my work remains ethical, thoughtful, and highly responsive. I prioritize continuing education and specialized clinical training that directly benefit my practice. By staying active in professional trainings, reading current research, and tracking cultural conversations around mental health, I ensure my care for adults and parents navigating burnout and life transitions remains grounded, cutting-edge, and attuned. This dedication translates directly into modern, evidence-based tools for your sessions.

Beyond the Couch:

In my everyday life, I’m a mom and a partner, navigating the amazing chaos of family life right alongside you. I show up to our sessions with a realistic, grounded perspective because I live it every day.

I’m a highly creative soul and a musician at heart. When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, you can usually find me:

  • In Nature: Hiking, clearing my head, and grounding myself on the trails

  • In the Kitchen: Experimenting with new recipes and cooking for people I love

  • With a Book: Lost in a good story, fueled by a much needed cup of coffee.

  • At the Piano: Singing and playing the songs that are my favorite emotional release.

I love what I do because I know how transformative it is to finally feel seen, heard, and understood. If you’re ready to navigate anxiety, parenthood, or just the weight of everyday life with a little more grace and clarity, I’d love to connect.
