Fees & Insurance

Investment Per Session

  • Out of pocket rate: $150 per standard session

  • Payment is due at the time of service. I accept most major credit cards.

Using Out-Of-Network Benefits

If I’m not in network with your specific insurance plan, you may still be able to get partial or full reimbursement for our sessions.

How it works: You pay the $150 out-of-pocket fee at the time of our session. Upon request, I will provide you with a monthly statement called a Superbill. You can submit this document directly to your insurance company, and if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, they may reimburse you a percentage of the cost directly.

Questions to ask your insurance provider to check your coverage:

  • “Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health coverage? (CPT code 90837)”

  • “What is my out-of-network deductible, and have I met it yet?”

  • “What percentage of the session fee is covered once the deductible is met?”
